How To Clean A Fish Tank!


Goal: we are learning about how to clean our fish tank  properly  without hurting our fish.

Materials:


  •  Cloth or sponge
  • Bucket
  • Ice cream conditioner
  • Water conditioner
Instructions:
Step one:
Gently, using  net collect  your fish and put them an Ice cream container of cool, clean water.

Step Two:

  • Take out the pebbles and clean them thoroughly using dish washing liquid. Drain the dirty water out of the tank

step three:
Carefully clean and rinse the tank.

Step four:
Take seaweed and other decorations out of your tank and clean them using warm water and liquid soap.

Step five:

  • Rinse carefully with cold water to remove any soap.

Step Six:

  • Put clean, cold water into your fish tank then add the pebbles and decorations.

Step Seven:

  • Gently lower the fish (still in the bag) into the water so they can get used to the new water you are putting them in. Leave for 15 minutes then remove bag.

Conclusion:

  • The reason why we clean our fish tank is because the decorations and pebbles and the sides of the tank will be very dirty with a lot of germs in germs in the water that could harm your fish.


Extra Information:

  • Do not dump the fish in our they will die.

You have included some very interesting facts and ideas in your procedural writing - well done! I didn't know you could use dishwashing liquid to clean the rocks and the decorations! I'm glad you have a lot of ideas so that you can clean our fish tank tomorrow :> Maybe next time, you could include some more information in our conclusion.
