My Speech About Inspirations and Aspirations

Kia Ora my name is Leigh-Amber. I would like to talk to you about Inspirations and Aspirations. This term for inquiry I have been learning about vocations, vocations are all about what you want to be when you grow up! I want to be a dancer because my family says that I am great at dancing. I like dancing but also I like to work with others.

At the beginning of this term I wanted to be a principal. My first reason was that I wanted to be a role model and a leader too, My other reason was that I wanted to make little kids do the right thing when we explain things to them. My last reason is that I wanted to get money for new equipment if I worked at school.

But now I want to be a professional dancer because I want to be a famous dancer and teach people how to dance. I want to inspire people who would like to dance. I want to become a professional dancer so I could practice a lot, and I would get better at dancing teaching people how to dance.

The person who inspires me all the time is my family. I love my family because they have looked after me all the time they look up to me. They spoil me with love. The people who inspire me are from the rotary club because they come to our school and help us with our reading by doing nanny reading with the little children. They give the seniors the dictionaries and the big chapter books so we could be able to read them in our reading time.

Throughout this topic I have been learning a lot of things at school, one of them is how to be a principal by looking at the things that a principal would do. The second thing is that to be a principal is that you will need to get a lot of work finished so you can use the money you got for school buildings and you could even use it for new classrooms for the builders to build.

Thank You for listening to my speech. By Leigh-Amber.
